At Calvary Alliance Church, we desire to care for one another and to create an atmosphere where people feel welcomed and embraced with love.  Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by encouraging people to trust in God’s Son alone for eternal life, and then equipping them for life and ministry, according to God’s purpose.

Calvary Alliance Church is affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), whose heartbeat is missions, both locally and internationally.  Our church is motivated by Matthew 24:14, that the gospel of the kingdom of God might be proclaimed in the whole world.

About Pastor Chad Rose

Blessing:  God has blessed me by allowing me the privilege of pastoring here at Calvary Alliance Church.  My passion is to see the truth about who God is, found in His Word (The Holy Bible), display itself in people finding their purpose in life by glorifying God as He works in their hearts and lives through His power.

Background:  Growing up in Illinois, I had plans to study accounting, but God changed my direction and I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies at Moody Bible Institute, and later a Master of Divinity degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.  During my studies at T.E.D.S., I received more than a degree.  I met my beautiful wife, Sandra, who is from South Dakota.  Sandra's degrees consist of a Master of New Testament from Trinity and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Theology from Moody.

Entertainment:  Some of my favorite hobbies include listening to music, watching the Chicago Bears, reading books and playing sports.
